Ronald Musoleno serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the  Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) and the PA ASCD. He is a member of the National and Pennsylvania Association of Secondary School Principals, National Middle School Association, and Pennsylvania Middle School Association. Additionally, he is a life member of the  Penn State Alumni Association and was elected to Alumni Society Board of Directors for multiple terms, serving as both vice president and president in the past.

Dr. Musoleno was a Lucent Technologies Grant Recipient in 1997. He won the Pennsylvania Middle School Association, Executive Director's Award in 1994 and the Colonial Northampton Intermediate Unit Leadership Award in 1992. He was named in Who'™s Who in American Education in 1989 and 1990. Ronald also won the Leadership & Service Award, from the College of Education in 1999.

He has been a principal in the Saucon Valley School District, assistant principal in the Avon Grove School District, a Special Projects Associate for ASCD, assistant superintendent for American Community Schools in Athens, Greece, the Director of Music at Central Bucks School District, and the Music and Theatre Arts Director for the American School of Milan in Milan, Italy.
